Dedicated several years of her professional career working for Industrias Monterrey, where she specialized in different Human Resources processes, such as Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Organization and Compensations.

She was responsible of the alignment between the development plans of Executives and Employees and the strategic targets of the company, as well as for the design and implementation of training programs and different learning initiatives.
She also participated in Quality implementation programs, such as Malcolm Baldrige, QS 9000, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949, focusing on the Human Resources processes.
She is an University of Monterrey graduate, where she majored in Industrial Engineering and Systems.
