When working for Servicios Alestra from 1997 to 1999 as Processes Specialist, he redesigned the income process and the cost reduction methodology through the implementation of improvement tools.

From 1995 until 1997 he was in charge of the Industrial Engineering department in Camisas del Norte, where he implemented a modular system and the 5 Ss. As a consultant he specializes in processes and quality certification projects.

He graduated as Industrial Engineer, minor in Administration, from the Nuevo Leon University (UANL) in Monterrey, Mexico. He has participated in Strategic Planning trainings and seminars, as well as Instructor Development courses. He is certified as an ISO 9000:2000 Lead Auditor.
