From 2002 until mid 2005, he represented the HR Consulting area of the Corporate Development Group in Mexico. In this firm he added value in the commercial area by retaining and developing new clients, and he facilitated professional transition, talent retention and active retirement programs.
From 2001 until 2002 he worked for the Bebidas Mundiales firm in Mexico, where he was in charge of sales training, and developing activities such as the design, coordination and supervision for the training of new hires in the sales area.
During 2000 he worked for Grupo Financiero Banorte, a Mexican bank, and performed HR projects.
As a consultant he is quite experienced in human capital management, organizational development consulting, organizational climate and change management. He obtained his Human Relations bachelor degree from the Monterrey University in Mexico (UDEM).
